Description

Dilek Peninsula-Büyük Menderes Delta National Park spreads on the coasts between Mediterranean and Caucasus. This botanical garden, where almost all plants are naturally seen together; has a mountainous land with predatory birds and wild animals and underwater riches surrounding it, also it has a delta with rich fish varieties that contain hundreds of bird species, and historical and cultural richness surrounding them. There are 209 bird species in this rich ecosystem. The region is also one of the most important incubation areas of Dalmatian Pelican species which is  endangered. Also, the Pygmy Cormorant, which too  is endangered worldwide, lives here.
